‘I’m Scared For People This December’ – Ruger
Nigerian singer, Michael Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has expressed concern over the safety of Nigerians amid the escalating insecurity in the country.
Abia Radio News reports that the ‘Asiwaju’ crooner, in a post via 𝕏, lamented that kidnapping has become a full-time business in some parts of the country.
Ruger claimed that the situation might worsen in December if nothing was done urgently to contain it.
The singer also expressed worry about the safety of people who will be coming to Nigeria or travelling around the country this December due to the activities of kidnappers.
He wrote, “I’m scared for people this December. Kidnapping has become a full-time business in some parts of Nigeria and it’s only going to get worse this festive season. People will travel back to their villages from abroad and from many other places in Nigeria. These bastards will strike hard.”
Meanwhile, Ruger recently revealed that his mother has set a December deadline for him to bring home a serious girl.
Abia Radio News reports that Ruger made this known in a post via his Snapchat page.
The ‘Bae Bae’ crooner said his mother had threatened to arrange a girl for him if he failed to bring a lady home.
Ruger urged interested single ladies to send in their applications, or else he would be on a distress sale by December.
