Alapini Oosa Reunites With Seyi Tinubu After Complaining Of Neglect

Nollywood actor Ganiyu Nafiu, popularly known as Alapini Oosa, has reunited with Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu.

Abia Radio News reports that the meeting comes months after he complained of being ignored despite supporting the president’s campaign in 2023.

The meeting, which took place in Lagos, saw the veteran actor in high spirits alongside actress Fathia Williams.

Their photos together have since circulated on social media, drawing reactions from fans and observers.

Earlier in the year, Alapini went viral after expressing disappointment that the Tinubu family had not reached out to Nollywood veterans who publicly backed the president during the election.

He had said that many of them campaigned passionately for two months, believing in Tinubu’s leadership, only to feel forgotten afterward.

He also mentioned fellow actor Olaiya Igwe, who made headlines for offering a beachside prayer for Tinubu’s victory, claiming that both of them had not received any acknowledgement or support after the election.

The actor had questioned Seyi Tinubu’s charitable focus on Northern Nigeria while calling attention to the needs of people in the Southwest.

Although Alapini and Seyi have now met privately, details of their discussion have not been made public.

The meeting marks their first known interaction since the veteran actor’s outcry.
