Nollywood actress Biodun Okeowo, popularly known as Omoborty, has vowed to take action against a man who publicly called her a thief over a real estate promotion she shared online.

Abia Radio News reports that the incident began when Okeowo posted a video on Instagram to promote a landed property.

She mistakenly stated that the house was valued at ₦50 million.

Followers quickly corrected her, pointing out that actress Biola Bayo had earlier advertised the same house for ₦40 million.

Amid the reactions, a man believed to be in the film industry commented under Okeowo’s post, accusing her of being a “thief agent.”

The statement angered the actress, who fired back and vowed to make him a public example.

She maintained that the man had no idea who owned the property and must provide proof of his claim.

Okeowo added that she would ensure he faced the consequences of his false accusation.

She said: “That guy sitting beside aunty Jaiye Kuti just called me a thief. On top a property he doesn’t even know the real owner. I’m going to use you as a scapegoat. You must prove that I’m a thief, else.”
