PHOTOS: Davido Urges Nigerian Graduates To Step Out Of Comfort Zone

Nigerian music superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has challenged young graduates to step out of their comfort zones, explore new opportunities, and embrace the fast-changing world around them.

Speaking at the 2025 Convocation Ceremony of Clifford University, Owerrinta, Abia State, the music icon told the graduates that “knowledge alone is not enough — it’s what you do with it that truly matters”.

Sharing insights from his personal journey, the multiple award-winning artiste emphasized that success goes beyond luck or privilege, stressing that hard work and consistency remain the true keys to excellence.

On his part ,the Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, represented by the commissioner for Basic Education, Goodluck Ubochi,urged the graduating students to be good ambassadors of both the university and the state commending them for their achievements.

 

Also speaking, the Vice Chancellor of Clifford University, Professor Chimezie, congratulated the graduates and charged them to uphold the school’s reputation through diligence, integrity, and service to humanity.

 

The 2025 Clifford University Convocation Ceremony was a blend of celebration and inspiration with Davido’s message reminding the graduates that knowledge must be matched with action to make meaningful impact
