The honorable member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, Hon. Amobi Ogah, has extended warm congratulations to his elder brother, Dr. Okechukwu Ogah, on his recent continental appointment as the Chair of the Pan-African Society of Cardiology (PASCAR) Heart Failure Task Force.
